Julia Roebuck – families and affordable housing

Bob Palacio – the young and the old

Bob has lived in Seaton for almost 30 years.  Working for the IBA and latterly NTL maintained and installed broadcast transmitting stations throughout the UK and other parts of the world.  He loved the sense of community that he perceived on first coming to Seaton and wishes to develop and encourage this.

Graham is a traffic engineer and transport planner.  His family has been associated with the area for 500 years.  His priorities include community facilities and enhancing Seaton for everyone.  His expertise will enable him to deal with EDDC/DCC on matters such as road safety, public transport and car parking.

Pepita Collins – business and sustainable building

Pepita has lived in East Devon for many years and is a retired business woman and restaurateur.  She has recently extended her home using sustainable building techniques which were filmed for national television.  She is particularly keen to ensure that building in Seaton is done sensibly, sustainably and sympathetically
